In 1997, Fred Taylor was the Florida Gators’ leading rusher with 1,292 yards on 214 carries and scored 13 touchdowns. His teammates chose him as their most valuable player, and he finished his college career ranked fourth in school history with 3,075 yards and 31 touchdowns. In the 1998 NFL Draft, Taylor was drafted ninth overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars. One of his career highs, as a matter of fact, was during his rookie year as a Jags player, rushing for 1,223 yards and 14 touchdowns. The following year he made a 90-yard touchdown run, which was recorded as the longest run in playoff history, and in 2000, he finished sixth in the NFL with 1,399 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. Now you can take home a piece of Jags history when you decorate your office or fan cave with this autographed Riddell mini replica helmet. It has been hand-signed by Taylor, and it comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity and a picture of Taylor during the actual signing, making it the perfect addition to any fanatic’s domain!
